Grand Bazaar NYC - Artwork and Holiday Collection Samples
Below is a sample of the type of artwork and holiday products that would be sold at the Grand Bazaar NYC.
With each piece of art being one of a kind, theses images depict the style of work rather than the exact pieces that would be available. Final artwork selection would be based on works available in the artist's portfolio at the time of the event.
Small (11” x 14” 16” x 20” and 18” x 24”) mixed media compositions created with handmade papers from India, Nepal, Thailand and other regions of South Asia, decorative papers, magazine images and embellishments. All collages are sold matted. Framed works may also be sold.
Mini (5” x 7”, 8” x 10” and 11” x 14) abstract monoprints created by using a gel printing plate, acrylic paint, stencils, texture tools, stamps and other materials. (The monoprint is a form of printmaking where the image can only be made once, unlike most printmaking which allows for multiple originals.) All monoprints are sold matted. Framed works may also be sold.
Mini (5” x 7” and 8” x 10”) handmade marbled prints created by capturing the delicate, swirled patterns formed as colors of ink dance on the surface of water. All prints are sold matted. Framed works may also be sold.
