Processing Times

Shipping Methods

Orders are shipped via USPS or UPS, depending on the size, weight, and destination. Shipping times vary based on your location and chosen method at checkout.

Delivery & Lost or Stolen Packages

Once an order is marked as delivered by the shipping carrier, JenHud Studios is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If you are concerned about theft, please request signature confirmation or arrange for delivery to a secure location when placing your order.

While I cannot guarantee replacements for lost or stolen packages, I want to support you however I can.
If you believe your package was stolen:

Please file a police report and email a copy of the report to me.

Reports of missing packages must be submitted to JenHud Studios within three (3) days of the marked delivery date.
This documentation helps with insurance claims and keeps the process transparent for both of us.

Currently, JenHud Studios only ships within the U.S. and Canada. If you're outside the U.S. and Canada and interested in a piece, please reach out to explore potential shipping options.
